Brooklyn GinOur small company got its start in the wake of the financial crisis. At that time due to our available resources, we were unable to build our own distillery. We were lucky enough to find a remarkable partner just outside the city in the Hudson Valley who helped to bring our vision to life. We use one Christian Carl copper still and each batch takes three days and only yields 300 bottles. We use exclusively local fruits and botanicals in our gin to make a truly American Gin we can be proud of.
