Rudi’s talent was recognised for his success at the 2010 Royal Easter Show Wine Awards where he was awarded Winemaker of the Year. This followed his highly coveted nomination for the International Winemaker of the Year Award at the prestigious Der Feinschmecker Wine Awards, dubbed the Oscars of the wine world.
Rudi searches to make wines which exhibit ‘a symphony of flavours’ that ‘capture attention and entertain so that you forget everything else’.
