Use of website
To comply with current licensing and all associated legislation, the Cahn's Ltd. website may only be used by persons of 18 years or over. By using our website, you agree that you are 18 years old or older. If you are not, you must not use this site.
Availability
All products and services we provide are subject to availability. Our products often come from small producers and our allocations run out from time to time. We may substitute the products ordered with the latest vintage, an equal alternative of the same or greater value, all with your consent (of course we will ask first).
Liability
Please note that reviews and images of products on our site are for descriptive and illustrative purposes only. The products you purchase may vary slightly from those images, e.g. vintage or label.
We will not be liable for loss or damage due to handling by customers. In particular we will not be liable for spillages or breakages. Please be aware that:
- Alcohol should be consumed in moderation.
- Red wine, in particular, can cause staining on fabrics.
- Extra care should be taken when removing the cork of Champagnes and sparkling wines.
- A case of wine is heavy. When lifting it, please take due care.
- Website orders can ONLY be shipped to physical addresses and NOT to postal addresses.
- Please email us on shop@cahns.co.nz if you are located overseas and wish to purchase from us.
Prices
All prices on our website and in store are in NZ dollars and include GST. Delivery charges are additional.
We reserve the right to adjust offers, goods and specifications of goods at our discretion.

Applicable law

Disputes
