Pinot Gris fermented dry and then aged for four years under Flor. The aging process imparts layers upon layers of Nutty and citrus flavours. If you are a fan of sherry or wine from Jura this is a must see. 
The name Aeries is an oh to one of the major influencing factors of how this wine is made and tastes, air.

Bellbird Spring is an organic estate on the terraces of the Waipara River in North Canterbury. From here the Porter family craft considered wine styles that are truly unique in New Zealand.
