Château Villefranche Sauternes offers a clear, golden color and a bouquet with overtones of ripe yellow fruit, quince, and honey, and exceptional balance and body. It can be enjoyed with dishes from the aperitif through to dessert.

ABOUT THE PRODUCER:

Château Villefranche is recognised as one of the oldest wine estates in the Sauternes region. It has been in the Guinabert family since the mid XVII century. The estate extends over to the Haut-Barsac plateau with its rich argilo-calcareous soil types.

The grape varieties used to produce their white wines include three major varietals : Sauvignon, Muscadelle and Semillon. These create delicate, elegant and fine wines.
