A fresh and expressive Pinot Noir from the Hautes Côtes de Beaune, this 2024 vintage reveals vibrant red berry aromas, subtle spice, and a touch of earthiness. The wine offers smooth tannins and balanced acidity, with a clean, refreshing finish.

Made from hand-harvested grapes, fermented with native yeasts, and aged in tank to preserve fruit purity. No filtration or fining, with no added sulfites, allowing the natural character of the terroir to shine through. A great example of Pinot Noir with minimal intervention.

Grapes from organic farming and natural yeast and no added sulfites. Unfined and unfiltered wine.

About the domaine:

Négotiant based in Côte de Beaune, in the heart of Pommard, Romain and his brother Jean-Guillaume started winemaking in 2009.

Romain has vinified with Philippe Pacalet, who is Marcel Lapierre's nephew. Before that he went to Lebanon and Australia following his passion in other cellars.

No sulphites, only indigenous yeast, no filtration, pure juice!

Grapes from organic farming and natural yeast and no added sulfites. Unfined and unfiltered wine.
