This special cuvée was first created in 1984 by the Carthusian Fathers to commemorate the 900th anniversary of the founding of the Carthusian Order in 1084 by Saint Bruno.

ELABORATION: To create this blend liqueur, the Carthusians have selected liqueurs with different aging profiles. With great aromatic subtlety, it is characterized by a perfect balance between vegetal power and floral delicacy.

TASTING NOTES: As a digestif, serve chilled between 12 and 13 ° or over ice to discover all the flavour and aromatic complexity.
