The fruit for Footbolt Shiraz is hand harvested in small batches with 60% traditionally foot trodden to gently extract fine tannins… the combined harvest is then traditionally basket pressed. 12-18 months ageing in French and American oak… it is a recipe for a luxurious, caressing Shiraz with cocoa powder like texture embracing a velvety mix of dark fruits, toasty oak, spices, chocolate, savoury elements and liquorice… enjoy now through 2027.
