Colour Notes
Beautiful deep purple appearance.
Aroma Notes
The nose expresses notes of black olives, black truffles and white pepper.
Palate Notes
In the mouth, the palate is balanced, aromatic and fresh with well integrated tannins and a touch of minerality which is typical of Bargylus wines. The finish is long and sustained with good acidity.
ABOUT THE PRODUCER:
The Domaine de Bargylus winery is unluckily situated in Syria's civil war zone. Bargylus (located in Latakia, in Syria's northwest) is owned by the Saadé family from Lebanon, who say it's the world's most difficult to produce.
