A juniper-forward gin with lifted citrus notes and spice and 48% alcohol. Earthy notes round out the palate, with a wave of New Zealand ocean breeze. A spirit to stand up to the strongest of mixers. Try it neat, on the rocks.

Dr. Beak
Dr Beak gin has been lovingly crafted and developed by Lacey, along with her winemaker husband, Tim.
Lacey, a mother of three, and a Health Science graduate, has been asking herself for the last ten years, “What will I do when I grow up?”
She has always been passionate about making, creating, repurposing and growing. The idea to make gin was born whilst studying horticulture and came from the desire to look for a new challenge. Alongside that, came the realisation that she could grow or source all the botanicals here in New Zealand. Gin-making seemed to be the perfect bridge between science and craft. The seed was sown. This brave thinking has led to this exciting venture.
