"The colour of our Sherry Cask Gin has continued to deepen as the barrels age. It is the richer and more layered of the two barrel-aged gins, with residual sherry characters underpinned by juniper or pine oil notes. We’re seeing a palate dominated by hazelnuts, dried fruits, cassia and soft hints of star anise."
