Hakanoa is a story of love and passion for the old-fashioned method of making ginger beer. Back in the day everyone had a ginger bug at home which they used to make delicious brews but now it is a lost art. Rebekah Hay, the founder, decided that she should bring it back into the fray and thus Hakanoa was born. Still going strong with a range of ginger syrups as well as her two classic brews: Classic and Chilli and Lime Ginger Beers. They're super-quenchy and don't forget it!
