  • Nose: A fresh medley of grapefruit, ripe peach, crisp apple, and orange blossom, layered with vanilla sponge cake, light oak spice, and candied fruit.

  • Palate: Rich, coating, and lively. Dominant citrus zest and bitter-sweet pink grapefruit lead into rich caramel, lemon drizzle cake, subtle milk chocolate, and cracked oak spices.

  • Finish: Long, warming, and creamy, concluding with lingering nutmeg, soft ginger spice, and lingering citrus oils.
