The GI Yamanashi series is made from carefully selected, particularly high-quality grapes harvested in Yamanashi Prefecture. In order to bring out the individuality of the land and vineyards, the best combination of grapes is assembled and blended using the brewing method best suited to each parcel and vineyard. The wines are certified as "GI Yamanashi", a certification with strict standards for raw materials, production methods and quality, and are a true "Taste of Yamanashi".

Its lively, bright colour, gorgeous aroma of cherries and violets and smooth taste with mild tannins are recommended even for those who do not like the astringency of red wine. It goes well with sweet and spicy sauces and stewed dishes made with soy sauce and mirin.

This is very delicious when you chill and drink it, just like Beaujolais.
