Puglia

Puglia is the wine region that forms the heal of the boot in southern Italy. All in all, Puglia is red wine country - most of which is made from two grapes: Primitivo (also known as Zinfandel in California) and Negroamaro. Both of these grapes produce red blends or single varietals but in both forms produce juicy red wines that are soft and smooth with black and purple fruit flavours.
