Summer Flowers vermouth is made from 14 different flowers that have been wild picked or grown organically. These include marigolds, rose geranium, elderflowers and chamomile which are blended into our Moscato base wine. Infusions of ripe peaches, apricots and two varieties of wormwood round out this light, floral summery vermouth. – Saison Aperitifs

ABOUT THE PRODUCER:

Saison is made in Melbourne by chef/vermouth guy Dave Verheul. We take flavours of fruit, flowers and uncommon herbs to create a bright, lively take on vermouth and amaro that change with the seasons. We're conceived from the idea that vermouth can be brighter and fresher, built on singular, seasonal, ingredient-led flavour profiles.
