Known to many for their distinctive decanter style bottles, Signatory Vintage are one of Scotland's premier independent bottlers. Established in 1988 by Andrew and Brian Symington, Signatory have established a name for themselves as one of the most respected and sought after bottlers in Scotland today. Their cask strength expressions are bottled in bespoke decanters with large wooden stoppers, and are sourced from a variety of distilleries and casks. To compliment their cask strength range, they also bottled small-batch bottlings under their Unchillfiltered Series (UCF) which are whiskies that have not been chill filtered a process that prevents the whisky from going cloudy when cold which ensures the whiskies retain their full character and body.
