"This wine shows inviting aromas of juicy black fruit, mulberries, plums and hints of warm spice. After spending 18 months in barrel, the palate is soft and juicy with well rounded tannins and a long, delicious finish.  

Shiraz 37%, Petit Verdot 24%, Merlot 19%, Grenache 10%, Cabernet Sauvignon 10%

Food Pairing:   Particularly good with light to medium-flavoured meals such as pizza and BBQs."

Thelema Mountain Vineyards

Thelma Mountain Vineyards are in the Stellenbosch region of South Africa. It is a winery that all started after Gyles Webb had his first taste of a famous white Burgundy from France. He shortly after quit his accounting career to take up winemaking. The name of the winery is named after his wife: Thelema. Gyles is a meticulous winemaker that gives great attention to every part of the winemaking process - from the vineyard to glass.

Stellenbosch is the leading quality region in South Africa. It is home to many of the most famous estates and many of the top wines. Generally speaking it is a red wine hub with Pinotage, Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon at the helm, though recently more white wines are taking over.
