In the glass it has a straw yellow color with bright and brilliant reflections. It expresses pleasant sensations of white fruit, fresh flowers, citrus fruits and bread crust, giving a very fresh, mineral, savory and balanced sip.
The must ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The base wines mature for a few months before defining the blend, which is also created using reserve wines from previous vintages. Every year the composition varies depending on the characteristics of the vintage, in order to always offer a harmonious wine. The refermentation in the bottle, according to the Classic Method, starts with the addition of only concentrated grape must, in the variant of the SoloUva Method, therefore without the use of exogenous sugars in all production phases. It then refines on the yeasts for a period of no less than 20 months.
It comes from a selection of perfectly ripe grapes from the vineyards of Erbusco, Adro, Capriolo, Cologne, Cazzago San Martino and Passirano.
