The 1731 Spanish Caribbean Blend is a 100% Column Still rum that combines 5 year old rums from Cuba with rum from the Dominican Republic aged for up to 8 years. This small batch blend brings the flavours of the Spanish Caribbean to life!

This eXtra Old blend combines rums of various ages to achieve a unique blended character, so it does not have an Age Statement. The rums in this Spanish Caribbean blend range from 3 to 8 years in age.

1731 Regional Blends and Single Origin rum

Tasting notes
Colour: Amber
Nose: Coffee, spices and hints of oak.
Taste: The flavour is rich and supple with plenty of depth.  Flowers, oak and hints of mint.
Finish:  Light and dry.

Cocktail suggestion - El Presidente
Ingredients:
50 ml 1731 Spanish Caribbean XO
25 ml Dry Vermouth
15 ml Dry Curaçao
5 ml  Pomegranate syrup

Stir the ingredients well with cracked ice and strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass. Garnish with orange zest.
