Ocean’s Keep, is a celebration of Southland and the treasures found within the southern deep. This gin is a testament to the never ending tussle between man and sea.
A taste of the wild ocean air, this gin is crafted from an oat base, with a distillate of Bluff oysters and local botanicals.
Briny sea water explodes onto the tongue, followed by fresh shellfish notes, and a luxuriouslycreamy mouthfeel with a lingering citrus end.
