Barley New Make
The beginnings of our single paddock, single malt whisky, this is the richest of our three New Make spirits. Barley delivers a smooth mouth-feel followed by notes of bitter dark chocolate, toffee and toast. It finishes with a long, biscuity aftertaste.
Try mixing with East Imperial Thai Ginger Ale, finished with fresh mint and grapefruit zest.

Wheat New Make
The sweetest of our New Makes — Wheat is fiery and fresh on the nose, with fresh green apple and stone fruit flavours. Peppery spices mellow to notes of freshly baked bread with a clean aftertaste.
Try mixing with East Imperial Grapefruit Tonic, topped with lemon zest to finish.

Oat New Make
Oat offers subtle textures of brown sugar, yeast and cookie, delivered with a soft mouth-feel. Hints of heritage apple and starfruit combine with aromas of milky porridge to deliver a clean, creamy aftertaste.
Perfect mixed with East Imperial Tonic Water with a slice of green apple to finish.
