Current Stock:

Pure cherry, then subtly spicy, without any noticeable use of wood, nice and dry on the palate, juicy, firm and youthfully fresh, also fruity notes: black cherries and hints of wild berries, elegant and harmonious, subtle, still youthful tannins in a delicately spicy finish: drinking pleasure at a high level in every season, and, thanks to the 2019 vintage, for a few years!

ABOUT THE PRODUCER:

The vineyards of the Bründlmayer family are located on the hills around the wine town of Langenlois, 70 km west of Vienna, up the Danube not far from the mouth of the Kamp river. The wooded hills of the Waldviertel shelter from the icy north-westerly winds. During the day the sun heats up the stony terraces, at night the fresh, aromatic forest air seeps through the Kamptal into the Langenloiser Arena. The coincidence of hot days and cool nights, the union of the Danube and Kamp valleys and the geological and climatic diversity of the locations characterize the wines.
