The Cambridge Distillery Company was born to create premium spirits, each with their own distinct taste & provenance. 

Our “Cambridge Dry” Style, conceived as the counter point to a London Dry. A nod to tradition but with a twist of modernity. Juniper, coriander, and angelica still make up the base foundations of the gin.  Other botanicals such as cardamon, grapefruit, black pepper, and chamomile take you in new and exciting direction. This style is no longer wedded to a juniper-heavy blend, but can explore new flavours while still invoking the past. 

Knocknaveagh is our flagship gin. Named after the homestead from which a similar journey of discovery first took place in 1862. 

This is a gin that sticks to tradition but with the freedoms of exploration that come from experiencing new places;  using classic botanicals and combining them in modern ways to take you on a journey from place to place. 

Simple and fresh enough to be the mainstay of any GnT, with layers of complexity to keep you returning to the glass. 

Knocknaveagh Tasting Notes 

A clean and balanced gin with top notes of grapefruit, juniper, chamomile, and cardamon. Base notes of spice, pine, and pepper, held together with the complexity of angelica root. 

Fresh enough for a G'nT, complex enough for a Martini or Negroni.
