Our bourbon is made from Sweet Indiana Corn and a hint of spicy rye to give a perfect balance of sweetness and spice. The nose begins with a hint of vanilla and oranges which gives way to flavors of toffee, caramel, and chocolate with a silky smooth finish.  Aged for 4 years with a mash of 51% sweet Indiana Corn and 21% Rye. This allows for one of the most perfectly balanced bourbons ON EARTH!
