From The Cotswolds Distillery (in the Cotswolds, of course) comes an exceptional English single malt whisky that has been made with 100% locally-grown barley. This barley has been floor-malted by hand before being distilled by the experts at the distillery, then matured in a cracking combo of first-fill ex-bourbon barrels and STR red wine casks. It's bottled at 50% ABV without chill-filtration or additional colouring.
