This limited bottling from Dingle honours the Celtic celebration of Conocht an Fomhair, or the Autumn Equinox.
Initially matured in ex Bourbon casks, with a finish in Rum casks, this expression has aromas of fresh mint, rhubarb crumble dusted with brown sugar and toffee apple. On the palate there are hints of tropical fruits and sweet raisins giving way to honey, coconut and hazelnuts

Dingle Distillery
Located in the far south west of Ireland in Country Kerry, the Dingle distillery is perched on the windswept edge of the great Atlantic ocean. Established in 2012 at the forefront of the new wave of Irish distilling and has become a highly sought-after whiskey since its first whiskey release. Dingle is an exciting new arrival to the single malt whiskey scene in Ireland, whilst also producing a gin inspired by local botanicals and small batch vodka.
