A golden hay appearance. Smells of white flowers, citrus fruits and fresh mint. Mouthwatering, very fruity with perfect balance.
Grapes: Muscat d’Alexandrie

Terroir: Red mediterranean soil over a bed of Corbières limestone.

Winemaking: Manual harvest, triage on the parcel, direct pressing, cold setting and a low temperature fermentation.

Residual Sugar: 115g/L
