This climat on a gentle slope is characterized by a brown, filtered limestone soil, mixed with clay and sand. The Pinot Noir expresses itself marvellously, blending the smoothness and roundness of the Beaunes with the power, richness and depth of the wines. Very young now but it will develop into a powerful wine with savoury notes with immense power and concentration. Cellar for 8-10 years. It is recommended with lamb, duck breast, red meat or a soft cheese.
