100% de-stemmed 10-5 clone Pinot Noir, 23-year-old vines planted on clay soils and fermented in amphora before being pressed, and aged for a further 11 months in amphora.

Kindeli are wines made by Alex Craighead who resides in Nelson, New Zealand. He hilariously puts 100% grapes on the label which just emphasises his ethos for low/no intervention into the wines and producing the most 'natural' wines as possible. The result is a range of tasty and very pure wines.

Nelson

Located in the north-west of South Island, this warm enclave is hemmed in by Mount Arthur and the Southern Alps. Riesling has found its feet among the free-draining, stony silt soils while Gewürztraminer also shows potential.
