Fortified Wine
It is incredible to think that a neutral spirit and some interesting ageing techniques can bring about a wide range of delectable fortified wines. Port, Sherry, Madeira and Vermouth all fall into this category despite being so very different to each other. Dry to sweet, salty to nutty - there is something for everyone.
