This wild ferment was a Hawkes Bay mission. Broken van, stranded staff, grapes fermenting where they shouldn’t… it nearly broke us. But out of the chaos came something special; a wild sour brimming with funky Brett character, tannish Malbec grapes, and a crisp, clean finish. Proof that hard work (and a little madness) really does pay off.
