Signature red wine made by Luis Pérez with Tintilla de Rota grapes from Pago de Balbaína from albariza de barajuela soils and closed rough, manual harvest with selection of the grapes in the vineyard and in the winery. Fermentation with autochthonous yeast, aging for 5 months in oak barrels and 15 months in storage. It is presented without clarifying or filtering.
