'Epic' Beer and 'Sparks Brewing' have teamed up again to create their version of an 'imperial stout'. This stout is an intensely flavoured dark, roast and bittersweet ale. Upon first sip the chocolate and roasted coffee leap out of the glass with rich dark fruit and ripe berry flavours following. The 9% alcohol gives the beer a warming character and rich mouth filling sensation. There is a thick creamy brown head that floats atop the beer. Sticking around and lacing the glass with each sip. This beer tastes delicious fresh but it is a beer made to age. It will cellar for more than 10 years and will improve with each year.
