Our flagship gin combines elements from two pillars of the gin category.

It has the soft texture and malty tones of Geneva and the stripped back refinement and resinous kick of a London Dry.

Supporting this premium spirit is a selection of botanicals that are fundamental to this style of gin – juniper berries, coriander seeds, orris root, angelica root, liquorice root and citrus peel.

The end result is an unambiguous dry gin with an uncommon depth of flavour.

ABOUT THE PRODUCER

Fen and Field was born out of a love of crafting exceptional spirits. The rich history of mashing, fermenting and distilling grains to produce Gin, Vodka and Whiskey goes back 400 years and in that time the recipe for success has never changed, grain, water, yeast and dedication.

We firmly believe Fen and Field is more than just a gin brand, rather we are a continuation of a long and storied tradition. A tradition that can turn golden Canterbury wheat and pure water from a deep limestone bore into an unequalled Gin.

We love the work we do, and while we may be small, no corners have been cut to bring our customers the best. From our small distillery in the Waikato each 200-bottle batch is crafted by hand in a process that takes weeks to complete. Every step is a test of the craftsman’s skill as a brewer and distiller. Here quality is not only achieved through meticulous adherence to process, but also through sensory analysis and the artistic judgement of the maker.
