"Tantalising sweet/acid balance followed by flavours of citrus blossoms and ripe green apples, also hints of minerality. Light, crisp and slightly tart finish. 

Another cool season, delivering Rieslings of pristine purity and extraordinary structure and finesse. At present the 2004 Auslese is still in its delightful fruit phase. The wine starts off with a tantalising, crisp sweet/acid balance followed by flavours of citrus blossoms and ripe green apples. There is a hint of minerality and a positive mouth-drying tartness in the aftertaste."
