Together with the Imagination Gin maker, the Black Barn winemaking team chose some tightly-grained and lightly toasted French oak barriques which were used in the production of their Syrah. 

Back in the distillery they were filled with the highest quality triple-distilled dry gin and given time and allowing nature do it’s thing. The result is an exquisite gin with a vibrant fruity nose and a hint of toffee and cinnamon.  The initial sweet spice on the palate gives way to a soft pine and oak body and a lingering dry spice finish.
