The GI Yamanashi series is made from carefully selected, particularly high-quality grapes harvested in Yamanashi Prefecture. In order to bring out the individuality of the land and vineyards, the best combination of grapes is assembled and blended using the brewing method best suited to each parcel and vineyard. The wines are certified as "GI Yamanashi", a certification with strict standards for raw materials, production methods and quality, and are a true "taste of Yamanashi".
The wine has a transparent colour, a Japanese citrus aroma reminiscent of yuzu and sudachi, rich fruitiness and a refreshing acidity with a pleasant umami taste.
