Don Senel is one of our favourite farmer's who supplied us with a delicious naturally processed coffee back in 2022 which we debuted at the NZ Choc/Coffee Festival and sold out.  It's back and this washed lot is tasting great with its famous creamy texture and thick mouth feel.

 

 Flavour Notes:

Creamy texture and body.  Mango, green apple.

✍️ Recipe:

Filter Brew Ratio: 1:14
Brew Time: Less than 2-minutes (depending on brew method).
This means that for every gram of ground coffee added into the filter there is 15 grams of hot water.  Still stuck?  Check out this video to learn about applying brew ratios here.
