"This has been aged for quite sometime in old Chesnut casks which end up giving this vermouth a fantastic baking spice-filled nose. Think of cinammon, clove, tea and allspice. It has a wonderful nose almost like the vermouth version of Christmas cake. I am loving this, a little too much... Be perfect in a Negroni!"
