An Islay malt to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of Port Askaig malts. It is bottled at a generous 55.85% - which also happens to be the geographical latitude of Port Askaig. On the nose the smoke is apparent immediately with plenty of burnt matchsticks then the sweet smoky flavours of bacon, heather honey and ginger bread. It's a fantastic drop through and through
