Bright pale straw in the glass with a faint green-tint edge. On the nose: delicate citrus peel (lemon, lime zest), a touch of green apple or pear and fresh sea-spray/mineral note. The palate is crisp and dry, sharply defined acidity, taut yet lively. The “sur lie” aging builds a subtle creamy-lees texture, with a fine salinity and crushed stone minerality giving depth and finish. The mid-palate shows light orchard fruit (pear, white peach) but the frame is lean and racy, driving through to a long clean finish of citrus, wet stone and sea breeze. Freckin delicous."
