"Rich and very elegant bouquet, a distinctive autolysis core with aromas of whole wheat bread and bricoche, there’s a baked raw nut quality then aromas of baked apple and pear, some strawberry and bottle-aged complexities. Toasty, equally rich, very complex and dry on the palate. The mousse is persistent with a fine bubbles and satin texture, acidity medium+ and overall harmonious. Excellent drinking from 2022 through 2026." Cameron Douglas, MS, April 2022.
50% Pinot Noir GRAND CRU from the village of Mailly Champagne, and 50% Chardonnay PREMIER CRU from Taissy. Average age of the vines: 45 years.

An extremely classy Champagne that will impress any guest or will cellar well for a special occasion. It has the perfect flavour profile for serving as an aperitif or with food and is particularly good with rich poultry (capon) and terrines (chicken, rabbit).
