Willett Pot Still Reserve comes without an age-statement at 47% alc/vol. Willett now releases this bourbon as a small batch offering. 

Appearance: Willett Pot Still Reserve Bourbon is a medium copper brown.

Nose: Sweeter notes of corn and caramelized sugar lead the way on the nose, while lighter notes of cedar and pecan linger underneath.

Palate: The palate for Willett Pot Still Reserve bourbon starts with notes of citrus, caramel, and pepper. In the mid-palate, the citrus notes subside, and the caramel and pepper notes blend with a hint of dry oak. The medium-long finish includes lighter hints of the citrus, pepper, caramel, and oak that turn satisfyingly dry at the end.

Willett Distillery bottles bourbon sourced from other Kentucky distillers. In 2012, Willett resumed distilling whiskey as well. Initially, Willett distillate (bourbon and rye) made its way into Willett Family Estate bottles as two, three, and four year old whiskeys. Now that Willett distillate has reached four years old, Willett released a Kentucky-only bottling of its bourbon as Old Bardstown Estate Bottled in Bond Bourbon.
