Alheit Vineyards

Chris and Suzaan were once classmates at Stellenbosch studying winemaking. After some “stalking”, as Suzaan puts it, they became partners and travelled the world getting vintage gigs from Napa Valley to Margaret River to Bordeaux to the Mosel. Along the way they also the opportunity to travel around everywhere from New Zealand to Greece gaining even more insight into the world of wine. Skip to 2010 when they started Alheit Vineyards, out of a friend’s cellar, with the goal to show the world that wines made from old vines are the absolute best.
