White wine made from a selection of the three best white varieties in the Region:Alvarinho, Loureiro and Avesso. Alvarinho conveys structure and body, Loureiro aromatic intensity and Avesso acidity and minerality.
Key points
Handpicked grapes into small boxes and carried to the winery in a short period of time. Total de-stemming. Soft pressing of the whole grape. Extreme cold must clarification. Long fermentation at lowtemperatures: 12-16ºC. Minimum 4-month ageing on fine lees with regular bâtonnage.
Tasting notes
Fruity aroma. Lemon and apple along with aromas of wet stone. Fresh mouth, with very good acidity, fruity with sweet citric notes (mainly tangerine). Long and crystalline length.
