It has a superb bouquet with pure blackcurrant, briary, graphite and sous-bois — wonderful clarity and sophistication here. The palate is very well balanced with crisp, filigree tannins and superb precision and freshness towards the finish. This is a very classy Pauillac that deserves to be up there with more famous names.
