The 1731 Cuba 5 Year Old is a Single Origin Rum that has been carefully selected for colour, flavour and regional character of the island.

Aged in ex-bourbon barrels for a minimum of 5 years, these traditional Column Still rums reflect the authentic flavours of Cuba.

Tasting notes
Colour:  Amber
Nose:  Candy, cherries and berries, coconut.
Taste:  Spicy, sweet, slightly light and dry flavour. Citrus and spices.
Finish:  Long and very satisfying dry finish.

Cocktail suggestion - Daiquiri
Ingredients:
60 ml 1731 Cuba 5 Year Old rum
15 ml lime juice
10 ml sugar syrup (2:1)

Combine the ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake well and strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass and serve garnished with a wedge of lime.
