Description

" With its magnificent ruby, crimson-tinged appearance, this wine reveals aromas of macerated fruits with a hint of mint, lifted by roasted notes. Generous and rich on the palate, with relatively firm tannins that will soften over time.

Maison Delor

In 1894, the House acquired the entire harvest of Château Mouton Rothschild; and from 1907 to 1916, it obtained the exclusive distribution of Château Pape Clément.
The House is also investing in the vineyard with the purchase of 11 properties in the Médoc, including very famous Crus such as Durfort-Vivens (Margaux - 2nd Grand Cru Classé) or Sociando-Mallet (Haut-Médoc).
Maison Delor was then one of the very first Bordeaux trading houses, and marketed both brands and Grands Crus. She began to forge lasting partnerships with families of Bordeaux winegrowers.
The House moved to Parempuyre at the gates of the Médoc, and built very innovative cellars for the time, where it still stands today.
Maison Delor is part of the Thiénot Bordeaux-Champagne family group. This new shareholder structure allows it to consolidate its commercial and financial strength, thus consolidating its positions in France and internationally.
