Tasting Note:  Natural ferment in older puncheons. Fermentation was slow and steady over five months, stopping at 6gl RS. Underwent full malolactic fermentation and remained on original lees. Only 40 cases made. Picked at full ripeness but with a clean citrus core of acidity that brings delicious balance. Plenty of pithy, waxy dry extact which makes for a texturally very appealing wine. Plenty of interest and seductive on release.
